Aeroboxing
Class Duration: 1 Hr Class Capacity: 10 Max
Aeroboxing is a stand-up non-combat, non-contact sport, which pairs traditional boxing with kicking and punching moves developed from karate. Our Boxing Classes are excellent for self-defence as well as general fitness as it choreographs agile footwork and shadowboxing to music.

TRX Boxing

Our TRX Boxing Classes combines the benefits of TRX and boxing into a high intensity cardiovascular training routine.
