Kids Boxing is suitable for children aged 6 to 11 years.

Our Kids Bungee Classes are a fun, innovative and meaningful way to help your kids develop their body control and coordination. The specialised Bungee equipment allows for unique movements such as flying, diving, and hovering in the air to improve core balance and stability.
Classes are grouped based on the following age groups:
Toddlers Bungee: 1 to 4 years
Kids Bungee: 5 to 10 years
*Clothing Recommendations for safety: leggings/sweatpants, snug fitting shirts (must cover stomach), bare feet (no socks), removal of all jewellery such as necklaces and bracelets*
