Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga, also known as AntiGravity® yoga, combines traditional yoga with Pilates, dance, and acrobatics. The aerial yoga swing works with gravity to allow users to perform unique positions to relax and realign the body. Aerial yoga is particularly recommended for people who spend long hours sitting or have back pain, relieving pressure on the body.

Yoga Wheel
Class Duration: 1 Hr Class Capacity: 10 Max
Our Yoga Wheel Classes are suitable for people of all fitness levels but particularly beneficial for rehabilitation or remedial exercise needs. The Yoga Wheel is designed to stretch and strengthen muscles in the neck, shoulders, lower back, and hip flexors which are prone to injuries. The low impact exercises are designed to develop the different smaller muscle groups and open-up the body, supporting the back and spine.
