… Can’t make a class?
Our system requires manual bookings to each session to offer flexibility to individuals. Our booking system allows bookings up to 90 days in advance and closes 20min before the session begins. Our cancellation policy is usually 24 hrs in advance.
… Am a beginner? Am not very strong/fit/flexible/coordinated
That’s Alright! Our classes are suitable for people of all fitness levels. Many students start their fitness journey with us! Our instructors are fully trained to teach and support you as you progress.
... Am pregnant?
Non-compressive poses are safe for pregnant women. Our Bungee Dance, Aerial Yoga, TRX Boxing Classes are all suitable. We also offer Pregnancy & Post Natal Yoga and Pilates classes specifically to support pregnant women. Our instructors are fully trained to provide modified exercises and poses, so please inform them before the sessions begin.

… Am on my period?
Menstruation is a natural component of women’s health and we support whatever you are comfortable with. We recommend continuing to attend classes as exercise helps alleviate menstrual cramps. Our system requires manual bookings to each class to offer flexibility to individuals. You can save your Class Passes for a later date.
… Am not a woman?
Although our trainers specialise in women’s fitness; we welcome and have something for everyone! In fact, it is common for partners and families to attend the studio together.
… Have had or currently have an injury?
If you are currently injured, have health problems, have had recent surgery or issues from past injuries, please check with your medical practitioner before commencing classes. Depending on the severity, we may require a medical certificate confirming that you are cleared to participate.
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing, that will allow you to move freely, without being in the way.
Long hair is best to be tied back and jewellery kept to a minimum
We also provide a small number of pigeonhole units to place your shoes and socks for classes such as Yoga and Pilates if you prefer to be barefoot.
It is recommended to bring your water bottle and small towel for your personal use and your own mat for Yoga Classes.
Unfortunately, we do not provide childcare. However, you are welcome to bring babies with their capsules (baby stroller or bouncer) to Gryrotonic, Pilates, and Yoga Wheel Classes. They remain in your care whilst at the studio and if they are causing a disturbance, we kindly ask that you and your baby leave and only return once their have settled.
The best way to pay is through creating a Mindbody account. All sessions including private PT sessions, transaction history and booking history can be accessed this way.
We love seeing you having fun and being proud of your progress! It is important however to make sure that everyone within frame has given consent before you post it.
We also politely ask you to refrain from sharing full videos of our routines or classes online. We understand you may want to keep videos for your own private viewing particularly to practise or see your progress and that is Ok!
