HIIT Pilates
Class Duration: 1 Hr Class Capacity: 4 Max
HIIT Pilates features High-Intensity Interval Training cardio exercise strategies coupled with Pilates body awareness techniques. This is ideal for beginners or individuals with weight loss goals. Our HIIT Pilates workouts target both large and small muscle groups; resulting in a stronger core and toned arms and glutes. Our HIIT Pilates Classes are deliberately smaller in size to ensure quality engagement with instructors and tailored feedback to individuals.
