The specially trained instructors design specific exercises to tone and strengthen pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. Our Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates Classes are deliberately smaller in size to ensure quality engagement with instructors and tailored exercises and feedback to individuals.
Pregnancy Yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, centering and focused breathing. Our Pregnancy Yoga Classes help women develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for an easier and more comfortable delivery.
